Returns
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, should a product arrive damaged or defective due to our oversight, an exchange will be provided upon the item's return and subsequent inspection.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for your order within 5 days of its receipt, subject to the following conditions:
An exchange may be requested if a manufacturing defect is present, or if other valid concerns arise regarding the received item, such as an incorrect size or product being delivered by our company.
We will be unable to address any concerns without an accompanying video of the package being opened.
The item must be in an unused, unworn condition, and presented in its original packaging.
All exchange requests should be submitted within 5 days of receiving your item.
Proof of purchase is required to process an exchange.
Exchange is only for products with manufacturing defects. Since our products are of limited edition we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to sizing issues.
Please make sure you check your size before placing your order. DM us for any size related queries before making payment.
Mild color variations will not be considered for an exchange or return.
